Can I make a change after I've placed my order? 
No changes may be made after an order is submitted. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

Do you ship internationally and what are your shipping charges?
Yes we ship internationally for a flat charge of $25. No matter of the size of the order.

So how long will it take to receive my order 
We ship via express shipping. In almost all cases, you will receive your order within 14 working days. We understand the delivery time is somewhat long. Unfortunately, there are many factors with delivery that are beyond our control.

However, we do promise that in the rare event your order do not reach you in 14 working days, I will personally resolve the situation to your fullest satisfaction.

What happen if I don't receive my order?
This has never happen before. But in the event that you do not receive your order within 12 working days, send us an email at customersupport@LeatherIcon.com and we'll resolve the situation to your fullest satisfaction.

What are the payment options available? 
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Carte Blanche and eChecks.

Is it safe to order online?

Am I allow to cancel my orders? 
Yes you can. Simply send the order confirmation email to support@LeatherIcon.com within 24 hours and we will stop the shipment and refund your money.

If you have registered for an account with Leather Icon, you may access that information on the "My Account" page. Simply enter your User ID and password on Customer Care Page to access your purchase history, address book, and reminder information.
